Where is PMD based out of? We are located in Reston, VA which is just outside of Washington, DC.
If I live on the other side of the country (or world), can PMD still help me? Absolutely. Most of our communication with clients is done via email so location does not matter at all.
What kind of turn-around time does PMD offer? Turn-around time depends entirely on the size of the project we are working on. A basic website can be completed in as little as a week and a complex site can take as much as a month. If you have a question about turn-around time for a specific project, please ask us by using our contact form.
Does PMD offer any specials? We offer several specials to clients once a project is completed such referal bonuses and discounts on future projects. Web Design
How much will my website cost? Websites are priced based on each clients specific needs. PMD offers a few different types of web designs to choose from. Web site choices and base prices can be found on the web design page.
What is involved in the web design process? Once we agree on a price for the entire project, you will receive a packet of worksheets that will help you lay out the basic plan of the web site that you are envisioning. Once those sheets are completed, PMD will put them all together in to a sample template. This template will be sent to you for your review and upon approval, that template will be used to make each page in your web site. Revisions will be made until the site looks exactly the way you want it to look. When we receive final approval from you that everything looks right, we mail out a packet which includes all important passwords and instructions on how to use all of the web elements that PMD has designed for you.
